The Davis Constructors & Employees Fund

In 2007 Davis established an endowment with the Alaska Community Foundation (ACF) to support Alaskan causes. The fund shares our simple core philosophy to treat those we are fortunate enough to work with in a manner that we would like to be treated. The fund continues to enhance the Davis Way (with our neighbors)

by empowering, inspiring and supporting our Alaskan community through financial support. The fund currently sits at over $1M. To date $408,296 has been shared with our community. Over 122 organizations have received grants.

Davis Constructors and Mass Excavation took part for 7 years in the annual Relay For Life, the American Cancer Society Fundraiser. “Team Davis” raised an amazing $942,806!

Davis walked a different path – “Barefoot” that is, and sponsored Alaska’s Barefoot Mile for 3 years raising over $616,513 to fight against Human Trafficking – both locally and internationally.

Davis and Mass X worked together for holiday seasons to help support and bring a little cheer to a local facility called Safe Harbor Inn, a non-profit transitional housing facility for families and individuals experiencing disabilities and mental illness.

We came together and gathered up over $8,800 worth of toys for the Providence Hospital Toy Drive.

Here at Davis, our employees love to get involved and help support our community! The list goes on with the diversity of care that we have for our city and State: the Giant Sandbox downtown, Habitat for Humanity, Fire and Ice Ball, Over the Edge, Polar Bear Plunge, Holiday Food Drives, and much more.
