The Linny Pacillo Parking Garage comprises a 9-tier, long-span, post tensioned, thin slab parking structure above retail space. Retail will be at the street level. The footprint on the site is 32,546 sq ft, of which 12,713 sq ft is dedicated to retail space.

The total parking capacity is 836 vehicles. The garage employs a “camelback” circulation pattern for vehicles to facilitate timely exiting at peak departure events. The park-on ramping occurs on three sides of the structure, with a flat horizontal tier at the 7th Avenue elevation. Ascent to the first floor of parking is via an elevated, heated speed ramp. The ramp convening between the park-on roof and the tier below is also proposed to be heated. A snow chute is to be installed in the northwest corner.

The exterior façade has a varied composition, beginning with vehicle cable barriers sleeved through the columns, which are in turn enveloped by a variety of skin elements: metal mesh at the upper levels, perforated metal panels on metal framing at the lower levels and various types of glazing. Two backlit, frosted glass panel areas stand off from the façade on metal framing and spider fittings, and highlight the garage entry/exit ramp, as well as create a way-finding beacon from the town square through the passageway between adjacent retail.
