This is a Design / Build whole neighborhood revitalization with construction of 93 units of officer and enlisted family quarters to include neighborhood amenities and supporting infrastructure, replacing inadequate units which will be demolished. There are three subdivisions included in this project: Birch Hill (1 general officer unit), Moose Haven (32 units) and Puffin Park (60 units).
