The Mass X Facility consists of 3 work bays and 1 wash bay
for the maintenance of heavy equipment that is used by Mass
Excavation, Inc., Davis' sitework subsidiary. Located adjacent
to Davis' home office, it also has small tool storage, an
oil / compressor room, restroom and a future laundry room.
The mezzanine will have a break room, office and additional
light storage. The building is a pre-engineered steel building
on a monolithic slab with an exterior metal siding system
in silver.
