This is the second 110,000 sf, 5-story class A medical office building of the Providence Southwest Expansion program. The Medical Office Building 2 (MOB2) houses the Cancer Center on the lower level, 1st and 2nd floor. This project also includes a 133,000 sf, 365 stall addition to the parking garage, a Sky bridge connection between the parking garage and MOB2 as well as a 27,500 sf, 3 story "Providence House" long term stay hotel. The Cancer Center Tenant Improvement is complete.
