The new JL Tower is a Class “A”
signature-type building and one the public will identify with
JL Properties and the surrounding development. The office
building features a large dramatic curtain wall of glazing
that transfers into metal screens as it pierces the sky. The
glass curtain wall wraps around and abuts a facade of stone
panels with punched windows on all four sides of the building.
Entry canopies will protect pedestrians from rain and snow.
An efficient floor layout with a braced column core maximizes
flexibility for tenant layout and eliminates structural bracing
at the perimeter.
This fourteen story building is situated
on approximately seven acres with 280,000 gross sft. The building
frame is structural steel with a composite concrete floor
system. Spray fireproofing protects the structure. The exterior
wall system consists of an aluminum curtain wall system and
stone panels.
