This design-build project provides for construction of 105 enlisted family quarters consisting of 70 junior noncommissioned officer (JNCO) units (61 three-bedroom and 9 five-bedroom) and 35 senior noncommissioned officer (SNCO) three-bedroom units to replace 105 inadequate units in the Kodiak Flats housing area.

Construction consists of variously configured single family and multi-unit, one and two story buildings, which are factory build/manufactured and/or conventionally on site constructed houses built to current standards. Project will provide all equipment and appliances for functional living units and will include upgrades of associated neighborhood amenities and support infrastructure. Four of these units will be made easily modifiable to accommodate the requirements of the handicapped.
