The new Centerpoint West office tower offers approximately 200,000 sf of high quality corporate office environment. The building design blends innovative use of glass curtain wall with metallic panels to create a contemporary and unique building signature. It features a spacious, gallery-like lobby, with stone flooring, contemporary wood and metal wall finishes, high-end furnishings, and Wi-Fi access. Other lobbies and common spaces within the building will be highly finished with contemporary stone, wood and metal finishes. Special amenities for tenants on the first floor include a conferencing facility with adjacent business center and state of the art audio/visual systems and a fitness center with modern cardiovascular and weight-lifting equipment and women’s and men’s locker rooms.

A total of 600 parking spaces are provided, with 360 of the spaces in a parking structure immediately west of the building. The parking garage has been designed with safety and security of the tenants as a primary goal, with no concealed spaces and a high level of illumination in all areas. The architecture of the parking garage is enhanced with a unique application of architectural elements that are complimentary to the building aesthetic.
