This 52,000 sf project will combine the functions of Operations, Facilities and Police into one a 43,000 sf two story steel Airport Operations Center and will provide a 9,000 sf one story partially glazed pedestrian connector between the North and South Terminals. It will be constructed between the airside and landside and will constitute a barrier between the secure and non-secure areas of the airport.

Now in the preconstruction phase, this CM/GC delivery project will be built in 2 phases. Phase 1 is site work, and Phase 2 is building completion. Phase 2 is broken into 2 parts: 2a is building core and shell, and 2b is building equipment and finishes eligible for federal funding.
