This project is a 24,000 sqft single story wood frame building containing 24 apartments for senior citizens as well as a 5,600 sqft senior day care facility. Features include slab-on-grade with in slab hydronic heat, gas fireplace at the day care area, clerestory and indirect corridor lighting. The exterior is vinyl siding and windows allowing for nearly maintenance free care. The project is nicely landscaped and also features a head bolt heater plug for each of its 24 residents.
