This design build project is a 60,000 sq ft school which included land selection, replats, street extensions, and utility relocation as well as the general building construction. Structural steel and other long lead items were ordered prior to completion of the drawings and permit issuance. This project was completed eight months early allowing the Anchorage School District to take occupancy an entire semester sooner than anticipated.
