The National Park Service Office Building is a designed build 5-story + penthouse, 81,147 SFoffice building. The office building tops out at 75 feet. The north and south faces of the building are a combination of large cantilevered sea green spandral storefront glazing surrounded with a porcelain tile panel system. As the building turns the corners to the east and west faces the porcelain tile panel system continues highlighted with well-placed aluminum strip and single window units.

As one enters the building they will pass through a spacious lobby. The first floor houses the National Park Service offices and facilities. The rest of the building will be used as lease space per tenant's needs.  The site includes colored concrete sidewalk that is trimmed out with trees, flower beds, and lawn that extends down the west side of the building

The new National Park Service Office Building is a wonderful addition to the downtown area and will serve the people of Anchorage well into the future.
