This 60,000 sf office building was a design/build lease back for the Municipality of Anchorage. JL Properties, Porath/Tatom Architects, and Davis Constructors provided an 20,272 expansion on the North East Corner of the building. This brought all of the Municipality Permit Departments together. The addition is a steel structure and Davis added Landscaping as well.
