This is a 36,000 square foot office building designed specifically to meet the needs of the IHS Area Office. The three story structural steel building has butt glazed glass and ceramic tile exterior finish. Interior finish is painted gypsum and textured vinyl walls. There are conference rooms with operable partitions, offices, and locker room/shower/bathrooms.
