This
project generally consists of a 13,000sf, three story wood
framed building with wood stud interior framing, it is constructed
of slab on grade, composite shingle roofing and there will
be landscaping and paving too. The new 25 room Safe Harbor
Inn is an addition to the existing Alaska ’s first and only
non profit motel. The Safe Harbor Inn offers safe, secure,
and affordable transitional lodging for homeless families
and people with disabilities.
