Davis
contracted
with the Anchorage School District to perform as a General
Contractor/ Construction Manager for the design and construction
of the Eagle River Area High School (ERAHS). This contract
was for constructing the first phase of ERAHS to serve 800
students.
The undeveloped 50 acre site is
located on Yosemite Road near the intersection of Hiland and
Eagle River Loop Road . ERAHS is a 2 story, 180,000 square foot
building with site development for parking, sports, and other
school amenities. The school was substantially complete on July
15, 2005, and opened for the 2005-2006 school year.
