The Centerpoint Financial Center is a Class A signature-type building, and one the public will identify with the corporate identity of the tenants. The office building features a large dramatic curved wall of glazing facing the east, providing broad vistas from inside the building while making a strong sculptural statement on the exterior. The glass window wall wraps around and abuts a façade of granite tile with inset windows on the north and west sides. The contrasting exterior materials present the appearance of two buildings that have been joined together, which creates a complimentary architectural relationship to the existing Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC) Tower to the south. An efficient floor plate layout with a braced column core maximizes flexibility for tenant layout and eliminates structural bracing at the perimeter.

This 5 story building is situated on approximately 7.6 acres with approximately 98,000 gross square feet. The building frame is structural steel with a composite concrete floor system. The exterior wall system consists of an aluminum window wall system and granite tile. Site features include heated sidewalks connected to the building, entry plaza, annual planting beds, and overall landscaping which is complimentary to the existing ASRC site.
