The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium Administrative Office Complex is a 5-story, 65,000 sf, composite steel and concrete building with on-site parking and landscaping.

 

The foundation consists of driven steel piling, concrete pile caps and grade beams with a slab on grade. The building frame is made up of structural steel with composite concrete floors. The exterior finish integrates a punched aluminum curtain wall.

 

The building houses Class A office space. The mechanical equipment is housed in the penthouse. Two high-speed elevatorsprovides floor access. The fire alarm and security system are state of the art. The telephone and data system has inter-tie capabilities to the rest of the ANTHC campus.
